Warning!!! Do not get the lash cluster extensions!!! These falsies cost more than the 20+ dollar service fee, they will cost you your natural lashes!!! I’ve always had very healthy thick lashes but I wanted a more dramatic look for my bday so I got their lash package they boast lasts up to two weeks of 24-​hour wear. After about a week and a half the falsies were falling away so I gently steamed them off and came to find my natural lashes were almost completely gone. They were not plucked out when removing the falsies, I never attempted to remove them until they were good and ready and falling off on their own, and even then I handled them very delicately, with a surgeons precision! My natural lash lines were shiny and bald from whatever chemicals were in the glue. There are some sparse spots of lashes towards the outside corners of my eyes, but the inner corners are completely bald. I’m shocked and appalled. I don’t have sensitive skin, I have no allergies and have never had in previous reactions to any cosmetic treatments. I’m in my 20s and otherwise completely healthy with exceptional hygiene. Was already unhappy with their service, they often behave unprofessionally, rude and just uncomfortable (making offers unrelated to their service, one lady kept trying to talk people she didn’t know into being her roommate) but I try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt and opt to patron them over more reputable chain stores. Never ever ever ever going back. If you know of anywhere else that offers this service without the damage please let me know!!! I know I should leave them alone for awhile but I can’t even wear mascara now I look like a boy!

Definitely not worth the money. Worst customer service. The girl did my eyebrows uneven and then accused me saying my eyebrows were like that, when clearly you can see the hair was removed. She argued with me, rolled her eyes at me and gave me so much attitude because I was unhappy with the result. The other older lady working there is really slow and she doesn’t do a good job either. Neither of these girls have been properly trained. The images they display on their walls are fake and copied from google images. There’s another eye of India across the mall. Not sure of that one is better… But these people at glenbroon mall were disgusting with their attitude and behavior towards me. I will never go back there and I don’t recommend anyone going there. Find another spot. Don’t let people ruin your eyebrows and pretend like they know what they are doing and then flip out on you.

Definitely worth the money, time and effort!!! Nice lady do does a very good job in keeping us from looking like a Sasquatch!!!
