When I want great Chinese, this is the place to go. With rice paper wrappers instead of wonton skins and proper oil temp, Chung King has the best egg rolls in town! If for no other reason, stop in for the egg rolls. Remember, cash only.

Well, after reading the great reviews here and on other sites, my wife and I decided to try it out for ourselves. We were both quite disappointed. Very bland and nothing special here. Most of our meals are Asian cuisine, as she is Asian herself, and this meal fell pretty low on the restaurants we’ve visited the last two years in Fort Wayne.

The wife-less husband strikes again. When my wife leaves for business, I enjoy food joints that are usually questionable. Unfortunately this place is not questionable anymore. Great tasting Chinese food in average sized portions. Unlike the china house, I did not have enough for lunch tomorrow. Fortunately, it tasted good enough to finish it all. Will strike again.

Resurrected! My favorite take-out Chinese place has returned after a fire put them on hold for about a year. Too long to be without the most perfect fried rice ever! How can I describe it? This is American Chinese food without having to overcompensate. No extra, over-the-top seasoning or flavor, no extra grease, just exactly the way it should be. Best of all, it’s consistent. I grew up with this restaurant as our family go-to when we wanted Chinese(again, creature of habit here). And I loved it so much, they catered my 16th birthday for about 15 friends. Fresh, crisp veggies, tender meat, and perfectly cooked rice– if you go between 12 and 3, your meal comes with a half cup of soup. The hot and sour soup is fantastic, but I would recommend the egg drop. This isn’t the neon yellow, goopy sludge you find at most Chinese restaurants or take out. This is more subtle, clear broth, bits of chicken, egg white, and tofu, greens, peas and carrots. Fresh and light without all the food coloring! The only drawback is that they are a cash-only establishment. Normally that would knock them down a star, but the quality of food they produce just keeps them at the top of my list for Chinese.

Good, solid fast food Chinese. Had it delivered via Waiter on the Way while stranded at home car-less and craving Chinese. Crab rangoons: A little greasy, not enough filling. OK only. Orange chicken: A little greasy, sauce was a little sludgey. Not good. Came with OK fried rice. Special noodles: What saved this meal! This was great. Not too greasy, great flavor. Heated up well as leftovers. Would try something else from here, just not anything fried.
