After Dark

My friends always rave about the drag shows here… I have gone here several times and yes, some have been fun because we made it fun. But I’ve always enjoyed Babylon more because it’s more club-​ish. Otherwise, it’s okay.

This is actually a pretty decent gay bar. It was my first ever gay bar, and I go there a few times a month, mostly on Saturday nights. It’s a great place to chill and watch the drag show with your friends. My favorite bartender is Nick, because he makes me great consistent drinks, and I don’t think i’ve ever been disappointed by a drink from him. He’s also never lost my coat. The music after the queens is usually kinda stale, and repetitive which is why I started going to Babs after the show, which I think is a fairly common trend.
I’ve also been here on stripper night (Tuesdays) and it’s a decent show. Usually great looking guys, and a great MC.
One improvement I would like to see AD look into is maybe expanding the facilities to avoid the bottleneck that always happens with the traffic path towards the edge of the ‘stage’ close to the bar on busy nights.
I look forward to going to other gay bars in other cities to compare AD to, but this is definitely has set the stage for me.

This is a nice gay bar. The music is cool and they have a great dance floor. There is a nice back patio to chill.
