After talking to the sales person, i was happy with the deal i got on the 2003 saturn engine. But when the engine arived, the timing chain cover was broken and the plenum was removed allowing debris to enter the intake.
I called 20⁄20 to discuss this and was told that they dont care. its not that big of deal. I can fix the problems. But they misrepresented the quality of the engine and didnt handle the situation in a professional manor. We had to call several times because they wouldnt return the phone call. I will not use this supplier anymore unless it is a last resort. Now begins the extra work that was created by their carelessness.
They charged me an extra $ 120 for the shipping and HANDLING of the engine and they failed with no remorse whatsoever. But hey, they hot their money and thats what matters (to them).
