Starbucks

I understand this place is super busy because it’s one of the only coffee shops in town, but the employees at this location are just not as friendly as they are at others. The last time I was in there, the barista wouldn’t even look at me as I was ordering, and I was ordering several drinks and food items. The drinks ended up being made wrong because he wasn’t listening to me. Basically, I only go to this location if I absolutely have to since I live right down the street. But if you can go to a different one, I recommend that.

Did not want to honor the Gold Rewards Refill Policy as outlined on the Starbucks website, called Main Customer Service # to confirm Policy and the information I gave to the Manager at this location is the same that they told me. I called the store to inform the Manager, she still disagreed. Very bad experience!

I visit the store tonight 11.05.15 and there was 2 teenagers working. My first latte was served half empty, I immediately told the female teenager about it and she told me she was going to make me a new one. While I was waiting for my new latte, I notice a small line of people at the cashier waiting to place a order, but nobody was at the cashier. The female associate was making some coffee orders, while the male associate was just chatting with a female guest, more like flirting to be exact. 2 people walked out the store because they weren’t being serve. When I asked about my latte, since it was taking a long time, the male associated finally stopped talking to his female friend and started making my latte, but he didn’t washed his hands or something before doing so (I saw him grabbing his nose a bunch of times while talking with his friend) so when he handled me my coffee I simply throw it away. I just gave up waiting. I didn’t see a manager at the place so I decided to write this review instead.

This is the worst Starbucks I have encounter. Starbucks decided to hiring anyone now, event big female making coffee while have a long conversation with whoever about her kids. I never had to wait for a coffee more than 10 mins even with drive thru. This big female employee decided to make two other ladies order before mine. This place I awaited more than 20mins, I decided to cancel my orders. The manager stood there without a words of apologize and allow a male employee laugh.
This is my second time I encounter a Black female employee work at Starbucks provided the worst customer service. Both location was in Maryland state.
Not even worst one star.
This is a disappointment!!!

Barely a 2 star…5 workers standing around with 1 girl doing all the work… line 6 deep. Loud and obnoxious employees on their phones behind the counter. I mean, very unprofessional.

This is one of the very limited food options @ Tanger and it shows :(The Starbucks is generally always packed and the baristas have a never ending list of drinks that need to be made ASAP. This leads to longer wait times. Also, folks generally leave trash on the tables and getting that cleaned up is a bigger challenge! I have often done the cleaning myself in order to avoid the delays in requesting an employee to clear out the table.
Drinks, specially blended ones, are a hit or a miss — sometimes have too much ice leaving teh drink hard to sip, or have too little ice, thereby making it more like a latte than a frappuccino.
I wish, Tanger has more food options to alleviate some of the load from this store.

I never been to any starbucks who cant make a good mocha frap.
I ordered my all time fave mocha frap and it doesnt taste like it. I dont think there is enough sugar and everything. All i got is all ice a little color to it and lots of ice.
I wish i can take it back and ask for my money

Store hours aren’t posted. So here they are: Sunday 7 o 7. Monday through friday 6 to 9 and is sounds like they just extended Saturday for the summer from 6 to 10. Nice!
This is one of my favorite go to Starbucks in southern Prince George’s County. Only reason why its not a 5 star, is because it’s definitely one of the smaller Starbucks and does not have enough seating for everyone that would love to be sitting on the inside. However there are seats outside. And you can pick up the wifi hotspot within feet 100 feet.
The entire team rocks! Lead by Jim the great manager. Very fast & good customer service.

Starbucks Corporate contacted me (based off a similar Facebook post) and helped resolve the issue. No word from the actual store itself. Therefore the store itself remains a 2 star experience.

Nice baristas. However my drink was made with dairy, not soy. I said something to the barista and he tried tried arguing back that it was with soy. Clearly it wasn’t. Wasn’t written on the cup either. Not impressed with the service here. Wasn’t worth the money for a watered down chai.

bad service! baristas doesn’t know how to make your drinks. I ordered white chocolate mocha and it taste horrible. Not coming back here!

Best Starbucks ever!!! Black Friday shopping and they were amazing!!! They were friendly dancing and provided the best service at 1am. I will tell everyone I drink Starbucks daily and this has been by far my best experience ever! All Starbucks need people like them!!!

Starbucks is starbucks. I’ll make this review short and sweet. Few things to note about this location:
1. Located in the Tanger Outlet Mall. I used the GPS to find this place and had no idea this was located in an outlet mall until I got here
2. Electric outlets underneath all the tables. BIG BONUS.
3. Stable Wifi.
Thing is there is a tradeoff… the mob is here and I can’t focus! Well you can’t get everything in life!

Due to Unilocal,I have to give a star rating but personally I’d only give this place half a star. Do not come here on Tuesday evenings! Or any other day for that matter. Service is horrible. The drinks are meh. And they don’t even have all the pastries available when they are on display. On top of that, you bring your own cup and you won’t get the 10 cents off. Drinks are NOT made in the order they are ordered either. I’ve been here a few times and each time I have been displeased with the service and the drink. I’ve had Starbucks for many years now and this is the only location where I have unfavorable experiences.
