Terrible service, but only from the lady in the back with the short bob hairstyle. I simply needed 2 boutonnières and 1 corsage. Doris tried to assist me with asking that lady if I could purchase the one corsage on display and they could make the rest. The other lady was very unpleasant and told Doris to read her lips that she could not sell the one on display because she had to have it out for customers to see. Doris continued to try but the lady became irate. Even my son said he felt sorry for Doris. Well, I got the flowers from another vendor (Thanks Lee’s Flower). Maybe John Sharper’s owners should invest in customer service training. And you just lost a client that orders several arrangements throughout the year.

I got some saggy flowers from here and they charged me an exorbitant amount of cash because it was last minute. You would think that since they are locals that they would have fresher flowers. I was desperate so I took them but never again. The last few years I have y used pro flowers. They are cheaper and the quality is better.

Sharper’s has been around ever since I can remember. They do great florals here and although I work in DC, I will only order flowers for the Church and altar from here because I know the quality of the floral arrangements and knowing that it will be artistically hand made with care is special. I only want the best and to me, they are one of the best and reasonable too.

I needed flowers for the funeral of the father of one of my dearest friends. Taking the advice of others, I called the funeral home and asked who they recommended and was only given the phone number for Sharper’s. Normally I go online and order flower arrangements that I can see. So calling up an unknown florist in another state was outside my comfort zone. I called and said this is how much I want to spend, and the colors I want, and when and where to deliver – here is my credit card. I did not have a clue how it would turn out. It arrived when I asked and when I saw it, I was thrilled. Just a gorgeous fresh arrangement. This arrangement was much bigger than I anticipated (it was huge) and my friend felt it was the best one delivered. Thank you Sharper. I got quality and value for my money – and the service I needed.
