Take your car somewhere else! They put 2 dents in my car, and damaged the mechanism that enables my convertible top to go up and down. They admitted to denting my car but refused to pay for it to be fixed. I took my car to American Service Center in Arlington and they said so many people have complained about their poor work. They also told me that Don Allen’s mechanics are not Certified Mercedes mechanics and have no knowledge of any of the newer mechanisms. Don Allen and his son were very rude to me and unapologetic for the damage they caused to my vehicle. They supposedly «fixed» my convertible top and one month later it wasn’t working. I asked them to repair it and after paying them $ 800 they said I would have to pay them again for whatever additional work they did. They don’t do a pre-​inspection or take pictures before service like the dealership and they don’t warranty their work. Take my advice, for the prices they charge you can go to the service center and deal with professionals. I have since purchased a new Mercedes and can assure you they will never touch any car of mine again.
(If you must go somewhere besides the dealer try Benz Elite. I took my car there a few times before buying my new one and they were great!)
