IHOP

Our party of 8 arrived around 8:00 pm on a Sunday evening. They were not that busy but it took a while to be seated. After being seated, they gave us very good service overall. My husband was able to take advantage of his birthday pancakes and each kid was able to eat free with each paying adult. This is a current promotion. Kids eat free from 4 – 10 daily.
The food for me was just ok. My double blueberry pancakes weren’t that great and my eggs were scrambled a bit too hard. My hash browns, although ordered extra crispy were still mushy on the inside. My husband did not complain about his food though. They were out of turkey bacon so we had to have turkey sausage. Also at IHOP the kids meals are extremely small and there is no option that I found to add to the meal without breaking the bank for kids with a larger appetite. Denny’s has this option of adding up to 2 sides for .99 each.
I don’t think that I would visit this location at night again. Maybe the food is better during the daytime hours.
I will say that the our server was very attentive and pleasant.

Service was forgetful to say the least. Had to ask repeatedly for things and she would take our cups for refills and not bring them back. Burgers were overcooked and fries were cold. This could be a okay place if you stick to simple pancakes.

Stopped at this IHOP on my way back to Houston from Destin and accidentally left my prescription glasses in a case in the booth I ate breakfast at. Didn’t realize this until I was already in Mississippi. I called and the manager was nice enough to offer to mail them to my home in Texas. They were a $ 600 dollar pair of Gucci glasses and really saved me big time! THANK YOU!
Food was standard IHOP fair and the waitress was pretty attentive and food came quickly during a busy Saturday morning rush.

I stopped by to get some coffee, a meal, and do some work on my computer. I am not from the area and needed an outlet to plug in my phone and wifi so I can get some work done on my laptop. Ihop came to mind. After a waitress passed me in the lobby and notified someone I was waiting, someone came out to greet me. Before that I was greated by an unpleasant smell. This is the technical Era so I just assumed they would have wifi and outlets available to be more attractive to the consumer but was suprised to find out that they do not offer either. Judging from the first impression, my circumstances may have prevented me from a bad dining experience.

I love this place! I come here at least every weekend with my boyfriend. It’s become our tradition.

The most inefficiently run restaurant I’ve ever been too. Waiting room full of people and spilling outside and there were 10 clean empty tables. Plenty of waitstaff and several hostesses… We left!

Worst service ever. All the employees just seem so unhappy working here. Everyone but one guy who I think was the manager that ran the food to us one time. Worst IHOP I’ve ever been to.

Please do not come here. The place is dirty, filthy, and layered with maple syrup that’s days old. Syrup all over the tables, and chairs. There’s a horrible smell in here. The hostess and waitresses are super slow and so rude. They sat me at a table that was dirty and sticky and crumbs everywhere. I had to ask for them to clean it off. They attempted to «clean» it with the dirtiest, smelliest dish rag. And it left the table and chairs wet (not damp) and smelly. Service was extremely slow. The food came out almost lukewarm. The portions were smaller than normal. They food quality was below average. They can’t cook bacon right. The list goes on and on. Don’t even bother with this place. I wish I could rate it with zero stars.

Worst ihop ever. Servers were fighting over who had to serve us. floors were sticky and food everywhere. Food was cold and took too long for pancakes. Messed up the bill three times and had to wait ten minutes to check out. Have not been back in 5 years.

I also agree that the apparent uncleanliness of this particular iHOP location makes for a very unpleasant dining experience. I cannot stand to eat here because of the smell and the overall… stickiness.

I went to this IHOP because I had been craving a Belgian waffle for four days in a row. It just wouldn’t go away until it was satisfied.
When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that the place had a peculiar smell. My friend and I agreed that it smelled something between mildew and wet dog. Still, it was okay because I knew I would have my waffle soon.
So the waiter came and I ordered my waffle only to have him tell me that the waffle maker was broken. NOOOOOOO!!!
I guess the obvious question is — Why didn’t I go to Waffle House?
