Truly a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere with wonderful teachers who care about each individual and work with you at your level of comfort.
Love that its downtown on a quiet street with its own courtyard to relax and visit with other classmates before or after class.

Really great yoga workout with Alec. It was so nice to go to a yoga studio that didnt make me feel ackward and bad for not being an expert. It was a go at my own pace and ability. I will definitely be trying the beginners basics class.

Our family visited Destin last week, my kids (3 years and 9 months) had fun with them while I practiced yoga at Dragonfly in the mornings. Ed, Christine and Lori are FANTASTIC. There are a lot of nice, juicy surprises in class too that made my body and soul melt. I experienced a number of ‘ah ha’ moments from their gentle direction. I am looking forward to practicing at Dragonfly during our next trip. Thank you, Ed, Christine and Lori. In Abundant Blessings.

So peaceful and friendly! All if the classes are very well done. Just what I was looking for! I have been practicing yoga for a long time, this is one of the most outstanding studios I have ever been too. They show you how to use all of the fabulous props and interesting hand mudras too! Very gentle, this is not your typical ‘gym’ yoga! Get there early! Namaste…

So I visited Fort Walton Beach this year for a week of relaxation. I thought I’d try some different things for peace of mind and decided I wanted to give YOGA a try. So I emailed Felicia McQuaid who is a Reiki Master and a Yoga instructor and found out when her «gentle» yoga class was since I was a newbie.
So I show up early to the class at 9:45 am on Wednesday and Felicia is out sick that morning and their recently graduated instructor Kristin was going to be teaching the class. Kristin was amazing for a first time teacher of the class, even though she admitted to being nervous. I can’t wait to go back later this year and visit the studio again for another class. It’s got me amped up to even trying a few classes back home here in Nashville. A must go to place if you go down there.

Visiting friends in the area and needed to get my yoga fix, not sure how I found this sweet spot since it wasn’t on Unilocal where I find most everything I need to accommodate our traveling life, but am so glad I did! Went to 3 classes this week, each with a different teacher and OMG… can i just say a big OM! They’ve got discounts for seniors and active military, a ton of props, a welcoming atmosphere and a delicious space to practice. There is a bit of road noise and only street parking, but I never had a problem — so go, you will be soooo glad you did! Namaste…
