Diva Nails and Spa

I love this place. I was new to the area and tried out new salons to no avail. I am extremely picky with my nails and their shape after going to school for nails previously. The pedicure was wonderful and the girl helping me (cant remember her name) was very fun to chat with. I felt like I have known her a long time. the first time I got my nails done by Linda (stiletto) and they were PERFECT. I will continue to go here and remain a loyal customer! Jess is great as well. headed in tonight actually! :)

If I had reviewed last night, I would have given 4. Now only a two. Steve did my nails. Jessica was available but they seem to rotate walk-​ins like a hair salon. So she couldn’t take me. I was disappointed due to her reviews when I researched them however I accepted since it Seemed fair enough.
However-​last night in less than an hour my thumb caught on my clothes and tore/​broke. Today my pinkie, ring and index fingers have done the same thing. I like my nails thin, not bulky. I have only ever had one broken nail in years of getting them done. I am beyond frustrated.
While Steve was doing my nails I showed my husband how he was over filing my tips with his Dremel tool. I tried to speak to Steve about his but he starting saying how his powder gel is better than the Light Elegance my salon back home uses. He basically ignored me or didn’t understand. (Jessica speaks and understands English fully, Steve appears to not as well although he is friendly).
They also didn’t have the color I had selected from the options they presented me (70). I ended up leaving them bare.
He charged me $ 20 (I tipped him $ 7) which I thought was cheap. But now, not so much. I am on my way home with 4 broken nails. So $ 20 and 75 mins for a partial set leaves me wishing I had skipped the fill and waited until I returned home.
One plus-​complimentary drinks. I had moscato, hubby had a beer.

Wonderful nail salon! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The wait is short and the owner truly cares about satisfying clients. Jessica gave me the best manicure I have ever received and in under an hour. Highly recommend Diva Nails. The prices are competitive especially for such ideal service.

Was not really impressed. I made an appointment at 1:30pm, they didn’t get to me until almost 2. The polish I received on my toe nails bubbled all up. I also got a gel manicure for my cousin’s wedding and broke one nail the day before. They charged me 8 dollars to add one tip and to «fix the nail». The gel polish was put on way too thick. They filed part of my skin (which hurt!!) when rounding my nails. The whole time I felt rushed. I would recommend going somewhere else.

The salon was nice and my sister and mom had a wonderful experience with Ricky and Karina.
But I had Linda and she was not so good. I started 15 mins later than my sister and mom and she finished me at the same time. She was rough and clearly upset about something. She didn’t massage me but 4 mins (I timed it) and she left without putting a top coat on and also never helped me put my flip flops on. Just disappeared. Come to find out she was mad at her boyfriend which was the salon owner and he overheard us talking about it. He came over and offered my a 10.00 off for my next visit. Well that’s a nice gesture but I don’t live there and probably won’t be back anytime soon. I asked if he could take if off for this visit but he said no it’s for next time. She didn’t get a tip from me at all and I always tip. I gave it a 4 stars only because they do have good people working there I just got someone that wasn’t so good at least on that day.

We went to Diva Nails while we were in Destin/​FWB for vacation. We were a party of 5 and we went right at opening time. 3 arrived before the other 2. Anyway when my husband and I walked in to join our party, one lady appeared exasperated that we were there and said we need to come back later because they were busy. This was after another lady was preparing the spa chairs for us, so I let her know that. Then she said «Well, they will just have to wait.» Okay, we are spending our money, right? Anyway everyone else was nice and friendly, so they made up for the awkwardness at the beginning. I received the milk and honey pedicure. Not %100 sure I’d return, because it was a bit pricey and I’m not totally convinced it was worth it. Also, one person in my party got her nails repainted, and after we went to the beach later that day, her polish was coming off. I might be able to accept that with natural nails, but she has acrylic nails. They did say before we left that we could come back if anything chipped, though.

Great spot — they’ve been able to get me in immediately as a walk-​in several times. Even their most basic pedicure feels pretty extensive. $ 30. The massage chairs at the pedicure stations are so nice! I’ve only ever gotten the regular polish, so I can’t speak to the quality of the gel. I have gotten both a pedicure and manicure here and was happy with both.

The salon was really nice but…
I got a regular pedi and a gel mani. I love my pedi but the gel only lasted 2 days before the gel peeled completely off with no effort. I’m pretty sure I had a new girl that helped me, but I was really disappointed that my nails did not last. I’ve had gels for about 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve had this happen to my nails. I will say that I went in and a different guy «fixed» my mani and redid the gel, but it was again 2 days and they peeled right off.

Love love love this place. Friendly staffs. Really nice inside, the outside isnt as pretty as the inside. The chairs are wonderful, massages ur butt and hips too lol. There are different kind of pedicures. I went for the delux. Was great. Nice massages, they offered free refreshments. Overall i give this place a 5. Would totally come again.

Bad business. They promise something and then they don’t do it. Do not use this nail & spa.

I Unilocaled this nail salon during a recent visit to Ft. Walton back in April. I had the spa pedicure and regular mani by Jessica and she’s the BEST! Very sweet, attentive and a great manicurist. The mani lasted about 4 days before the chipping and the pedi lasted a whole month.
The salon was very clean offered water and/​or soda as refreshment. They were out of wine.
Atmosphere is wonderful. I felt like I wasn’t a visitor but that this was my home salon. I will say I was there on a Saturday and it was a full house. If you can make an appointment first.

Amazing! I took my mom here for her birthday for a mani/​pedi. The staff is very nice, the place is clean (everything came out of new bags straight out of the autoclave), and the services are great. We both got European treatments which included massage and peppermint scrubs. I was very impressed with their services since we were walk ins and were out of there in a little over an hour. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town. They have a great selection of OPI, orly, and gel colors both for the beach and neutrals for the office.

A friend of mine and I visited Diva Nails for the first time today. Our experience was
WONDERFUL! We were both thrilled with our nails and even happier with the excellent customer service and complimentary wine!
My friend had made an appointment in advance and (kidnapped lol me to go with her). I am so glad I went. On a walk-​in, they were able to do a full set of acrylics, and an eyebrows wax.
We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Went here because of the good reviews. It did not disappoint. Oh and they have complimentary wine. Highly recommended.

Visiting from Wisconsin and decided to treat myself to a manicure. I made a reservation and was able to get in promptly. David was my technician and did an excellent job. I was offered a beverage right away and treated kindly the entire time. I will return on my next visit!

Excellent customer service, friendly people, and the eyelash extensions I received are amazing! I will definitely be back. Very impressed all around.

Tiffany gave me the best full set I’ve had in 10 years. Thin and natural looking. Went back the next dad & got an awesome pedicure with David. This is my new go-​to place. I love everything about them!!!

Wow this place was great! Im new to the area and need a pedi worth something fierce. When I walked in (and they accept walk-​ins) the smell was overwhelming… overwhelming with Oranges and fruit! Not the normal acrylic smell you might be used to. Picked a color and got a seat right away. The whole store was really clean. They offered a drink and I chose water. The nail tech was really nice a did a great job on the Milk and Honey pedi. Everything they use smells really good. I will definitely be coming back.
