We have had to move into mediation to get the items that were never received because even though we have a detailed accounting and they weren’t checked off the«bingo» list — they refuse to make it right. They are refusing to cooperate with the mediator, and despite letters and emails to them, the mediator says they don’t respond in a timely manner. I do not blame the local company but the national company and their insurer — Sirva. Do not use any movers who are underwritten by Sirva.
