Needed another adjustment to the valances and talked to Jeff on Monday and he immediately scheduled Marty and Denise to come to the residence the next day between 12−3pm. Marty called and said he could come out around 10:30AM and that worked out very well.
Marty and Denise are a great installation team. They adjusted the valance until I was satisfied and also made a couple of other adjustments to the other windows.
Again, great customer service and am glad we got the blinds from this company.
