I had noddle soup with eye round steak brisket and meatballs and a drink for $ 11.47, a reasonable price. The food was excellent, the place was super clean, and the service was very friendly. I am very impressed with everything including how the menu was being presented. Would definitely visit again.

My friend and I had fried rice. Mine was beef and his was pork(chinese bbq). We asked for 2 bowls of Phở broth to compliment the rice and we had a great dinner. The place look confusing because«Top Noodle» wasn’t very stand out but I’m glad we ended there through a random choice. Great food, cheap price. BTW we came back the next day…

Not bad noodles and fried rice on the East Side of Fort Smith. They offer a fairly basic menu, consisting of Phở, Lo Mein, Bun(Vietnamese vermicelli noodle bowls), fried rice, and a few American Chinese dishes, like Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour chicken, Honey Chicken, etc. For appetizers, you can get spring rolls, egg rolls, Banh mi, egg drop/wonton soup, or crab Rangoon. Prices are very reasonable($ 6 – 8 per dish) and service is very friendly. Bear in mind the owner cannot speak English very well, despite her best intentions, so be sure to point at what you want :-) Our favorites were the combination fried rice(lots of meat, great flavor, not super oily), the Chicken and Egg Roll Vermicelli bowl– it had tons of chargrilled chicken! And the Sweet and sour chicken was pretty good as well… Really tender chicken, a reasonable amount of breading, served with fried rice. Spring rolls were OK, nothing special. Very big, but they have way more vermicelli noodles than anything else, so the flavor is somewhat unbalanced. Overall, a good experience, and the only real choice for Chinese/Vietnamese on the east side.
