Like the previous reviewer, we dropped a watch off at Tolzman’s to have the crystal replaced. My partner called them after a week to see if the watch was ready to be picked up; the lady who answered — Edna — was rude to him and said it would not be ready for 10 – 14 days. I called today now that it has been two weeks since we dropped it off. The lady — Edna — answered again and I asked if the watch was ready. She asked me if they had called me to say it was ready and I said no. She said then it’s not ready yet. I told her we were told it would be ready in 10 – 14 days at which point she checked on its status. She reported back to me that it wasn’t ready yet. I asked her when it would be ready and she said didn’t know. So, I told her I would be by later today to pick-up the watch and will take it elsewhere. Repairs take longer than two weeks and you have to deal with rude people — take your business elsewhere.

Meh. I took my watch there to try to get the side of it fixed. I went to drop it off, the jeweler looked at it for a good 10 minutes. All he told me was«we will let you know if we can fix it for you» I asked him when do you think it will be and he said just give us about 2 weeks. Really? Who needs that much time to figure out if they can fix it or not? He could have told me right then when he was looking at it with all of his tools the first time I dropped it off. anyway after not hearing back from them forever, they finally called and told me they couldn’t fix it. I could have sent it off and got it fixed by now… Won’t be coming back
