The hotel is immaculate. I am very particular about where we stay and have had some not so great experiences recently with Comfort Suites in other locations. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were spotless. The free breakfast was great! The staff were so helpful and kind. The management for this hotel are doing it right!

On a recent business trip to Fort Smith, I needed a meeting room to host about 12 people. The manager and their staff were very friendly and took care of my needs promptly. The hotel room was comfortable, and large, and the price was right. They offer a nice little breakfast, too.
Enjoyed my stay and they did a great job in recommending a restaurant that could deliver on the fly. great BBQ.

For the price, you can’t get a cleaner, more tasteful, amenity-​rich motel in Fort Smith than this one. I was impressed with the beds, showers, breakfast, and layout. What put this motel over the top, though, was the very accommodating and professional staff — especially the main desk person Desiree. She was polished, responsive, warm, and very competent. I will definitely stay here again!
