A most excellent little dairy bar. There is a drive up window but we went inside for full effect. Small town, rural. Don’t be afraid. Looks like a couple neat parks downtown and a rebuilt settlement and fort.
We had very good sloppy joes and coney dogs w/​EXCELLENT thick milk shakes on the side.
Everything you could possibly want in a healthy lunch! Dirt cheap. Reminds me of the dairy barns/​ice cream shops of decades past. This place MAY have been a DQ 40 years ago.
Doesn’t look like much from the road, tucked into a ‘Y’ stop next to the highway just south of town on SR 49. Clean and neat as a pin — prompt friendly service. Good peeps. Bookmarking in the mental bank.
