This park is so lovely! Right on the Ft Pierce inlet, there is a lovely little walkway along the water that has several bench swings to sit in. Pelicans always sit on the rocks lining the water waiting for fisherman to throw them a snack. You can walk out onto the jetty and, if you’re lucky, see some marine life in the water! There is also a long beach for public use. Great little park in Ft. Pierce.

It’s a beautiful place to be to relax with your family and friends. You can fish, sit on a bench and look at the bluest ocean. Feed the seagulls or even watch the pelicans. My husband and I visited last week and we saw a manatee such a beautiful moment to share.

The beaches here leave much to be desired :(this beach is nice, and there’s a long jetty just for fishing, but the sand is so rough with sea shell fragments, it’s like walking on nails. Also, it’s difficult to get down the the water, as the sand just kinda drops off(think cliff) — like literally a 2 – 3 foot drop from the beach to the lower beach where the ocean is. No shells to be had here, just sea trash :(

Wow. This could be a great place with just a little effort from the city. Maybe we are here at a bad time(Sunday morning) and this is unusual but they could definitely use just some basic maintenance. All the trash cans are filled and overflowing. Nice public restrooms(clean) but not a piece of toilet paper. These are just basics and can really leave a bad impression when neglected. Now the good stuff. Get here early(weekends) for a place to park(free). Beach is nice and not real crowded and lots of people out on jetty fishing. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Small park area with trees and benches. A pleasant place to spend the day. Update: within 3 hours the trash was all picked up and TP in restrooms. We would come here again and again.

Officially: «Developed ocean park, 1.5 acres, with a 1,200-foot fishing pier, boardwalk, restrooms and 50 paved parking spaces.» You can walk along the beach down from Archie’s Seabreeze to the Bluewater Grill, picking up pretty shells all along the way. It’s a beautifully clean beach, with barely a piece of garbage to be seen. Right now they’re doing a replenishing project to combat erosion. Nice waves, and I enjoyed watching a couple of kiteboarders as we walked along the shore. The area along the jetty is a pretty nice small park, with picnic tables and BBQs. Pelicans hang out on the rocks(very cool). People were fishing off the jetty, as well as just strolling and enjoying the outdoors.
