I have been using Dr Lee Whetstone for the past 15 years. He is wonderful. Dr Anna Smith that is in practice with him is wonderful. However, there is a vet tech that is employed there named Ms. Dodd. This woman is totally unprofessional. I took my puppy in for her last shots and a nail trim. She did both of these. However, I asked about a kennel cough vaccine and was spoke to like a 2 year old (one of my pet peeves). When I said ok indicating that I understood she kept talking and talking and talking. Also when she was done she went to go get the Trifexis for my puppy, telling me wait right here I’ll be right back with it. 20 minutes later when I opened the door wondering if we had been forgotten I was told by another vet tech oh she took that out front. She was extremely unprofessional. If you take your pet to Dr Lee or Dr Anna expect 5 star service. If you see a vet tech I’d advise you to find out her name first if it’s Ms Dodd expect one or two star service.
