My family members have been customers of Ming Moon for about as long as they’ve been open. The food is exactly what you’d expect from Chinese takeout — not amazingly delicious, but it’s the perfect way to fix that cheap Chinese craving or to grab something fast that isn’t burgers or pizza.
I’d say it might be closer to 3 stars, but it’s also been pretty consistent over the years in my opinion, and it’s almost the only Chinese takeout around Fort. O.

I have been a customer here for many years and have never had an issue until 3 weeks ago. They left out some of my order and when I called they said give me your number and they would take care of it next time I placed an order. When I called to place my next order they acted like they never said this… it was not written down and they did not know my number. It was like, if I don’t have it written down… it did not happen. They are nothing but common thieves. I paid good money for food I never received and in return I got treated like a lier. Greedy owners + poor customer service = I will no longer be giving them my business.
