Salesperson Jim was completely incompetent. Never got back to me in a timely fashion and after assuring me that my services were booked and in order, I purchased my plane ticket, only to find out that he did nothing of the sort. I have never seen such poor follow through in my life. Spent hours trying to get this resolved. After much aggravation, I round my own tiler who was fantastic! Cannot recommend this company.

Before moving into my new home I needed new tile floors. Under a time limit, these guys came through. The price was higher than the do it yourself stores but the results were fantastic. I was very impressed with the installers. They work deligently and late into the evening to meet my deadline. Thanks to all involved, I will be moving into my new home soon…
