Wally’s Deli

I’ve been to Wally’s Deli close to a dozen times now and I can’t get enough! There is something for every mood and always delicious and made to order. My favorite is the chicken salad, tastes so fresh and flavorful! For breakfast I am addicted to the glazed and confused but I like to get crazy and add sausage. Whether you visit for breakfast or dinner there is something for every appetite and the owner Wally is always there with a joke or a smile. Nice to see a family business doing so well in such a corporate town.

This place is a «Slam Dunk»… I’ve been twice now for a take out breakfast sandwich and it was perfect in every way!!!
Order this… Sausage, Egg and Cheese on a soft roll. I thought the first one might have been cooked to perfection by accident… NOT !!! A week later I had opportunity to go again (as I keep my boat just down the street) and it was perfection again. Let me describe this masterpiece as best I can.
The two (2,2,2, yes two) eggs were a thing of beauty, the egg whites moist… and glistening as the peaked out of the sharply sliced roll. The (2,2,2, yes two) bright yellow egg yolks were cooked to creamy perfection, moist with a slight run to them but not, that down the front of your shirt mess you can get with an undercooked egg. No, no, no… these yolks were the perfect creamy texture (one you want for an egg sandwich), not the Tennis Ball texture you get from most any other chain or sandwich joint.
The sausage part of this was good (not hand shaped from ground pork… what do ya want for just a couple of bucks) and the soft roll tasty and fresh.
Plain slice of american cheese melted and peeking out from between all the other good stuff.
Please, please Wally… tell me you won’t screw this up… do not forget the importance of consistency in the cooking process. Keep up the good work it will keep nuts like me coming back for more!
Oh ya… Call in your order! I’m just an old buzzard, but they can get a crowd of young Eagles in there!

This place is AMAZING! I’ve been wanting to stop by and try Wally’s for awhile and one Saturday morning we finally got the chance and I’m sad it didn’t happen sooner!
All the menu items were fresh, fast and most importantly — delicious. We arrived at 8:30 on Saturday morning and it was already busy! There’s not too many tables but for our party of 3 it was perfect. I got the glazed and confused, egg, bacon, cheese on a glazed donut, and it was out of this world. My two friends got the glazed and confused and the San Carlos Burrito.
Service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly. I can’t wait to go back for lunch.

I’ve been to Wallys twice, first time was the first week of their business. The second time was today February 26^th. First I tried the Jesse. It’s egg white, spinach, onion and I believe tomatoes in a wrap. Very healthy and filling. Second I had the sausage egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll. The roll seemed to take over the sandwich but having 2 eggs on there saved it. Prices are unbeatable. Service is great. They serve everything to go style, seating is limited.

Don’t be fooled by the location. The subs here are carefully made and the service is friendly. Two of us had the Go Ham and it was good and filled with ingredients. We also tried the Cuban which was good as well. Not up to par with a Cuban restaurant, but tasty. This is a better than average sub shop and well worth the stop. Not a 5 star place, but with friendly service they are a solid 4 stars.

Amazing! Right by my house too! Definitely a must visit and return if you’re a local!

Best place in Fort Myers to get some meat between your buns. Thumbs up for the Wally’s cheesesteak.

Exceptional sandwiches and friendly service. Don’t let the strip mall location turn you away… once inside you will be greeted by a smile and a line of happy customers anticipating their order to be delivered to them. The Falafel Raptor is a must try and their Cuban sandwich is made traditionally with yellow mustard, pickles and the best crisp pressed bread this side of Miami. Such a variety that before I leave I start looking forward to trying the next menu item.

Being a graduate student at FGCU and working in the area I stumbled upon Wally’s Deli and was not disappointed! I have been coming to Wally’s Deli about 3 – 4 times a week ever since and have tried almost the entire menu. Everything is amazing!
My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Hangover, the Cuban sandwich is a must, and the @Mr_Garrenteed is an awesome post workout or midday pickup.
I would recommend Wally’s Deli to anyone looking for a great sandwich place, for breakfast or lunch!

This place is amazing! I had the Cuban, it was delicious. My boyfriend had the «fat guy little coat» and has a huge smile on his face the whole time. He said it was delicious! My parents (vegans) got two different «healthy wraps» and both loved their wraps. I will definitely be coming back as much as I can! The people who were working the front were so helpful and so nice.

This was our first time having the pleasure of enjoying the oh-​sooooo delicious sandwiches at this place. We had the «Wallys Cheesesteak» which was absolutely phenomenal, as well as the «Cheat Day», which makes we wanna cheat everyday. Not to mention, the Mac&Cheese (topped with real bacon), is to die for.
We will definitely return for many more mouthwatering sandwiches. Starting with breakfast tomorrow.

First time in Wally’s Deli and I immediately noticed how much FGCU Eagle spirit this restaurant has. It’s great to see my schools logo and «Dunk City» on the walls. To eat I purchased the Falafel-​Ser off their «Healthy Wraps» menu. The wrap was delicious and came out in a timely manner. The owner gave me a run down on how he chose his ingredients and the process of making the wrap. Very transparent with the information which I liked.
The only downside about Wally’s Deli is they have maybe ten seats inside so it’s definitely more of a take out spot. I believe that’s a shopping center policy on seating so it’s not their fault.
All in all I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more!

We went to Wally’s to check it out and all was great! Service at the count was very personal and the food was superb. John Depew Cuban and breakfast sandwich were very good. We will be back soon to try other selections on the menu.

Great new spot! I’ve been there three times now and I’ve tried three different items; The Cuban, a Falafel whole wheat wrap, and a basic egg with bacon sandwich. All of them are amazing! Great service and coffee as well! Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Totally took me by surprise. Was expecting a boring old sandwich shop, but the menu has some really interesting options, and the shop itself had a great ambiance. I got one of the healthy breakfast options called @MR_GARRENteed, a whole grain protein pancake sandwich packed with delicious PB and bananas, and it was probably one of the yummiest things I’ve had the pleasure of eating. My fiancée got the Falafelser, which was also delicious in its own right. The owner got us a sample of their phenomenal Mac n cheese which is a main ingredient in their Comfort Subs. Can’t wait to go back and try them!
