I went with my 2 sons last month. We used our own ammo and bought some from the store. (Fowler makes you buy their ammo so I will never go there.) Range prices were reasonable. We shot rifles and handguns. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient. My sons enjoyed it so much that I want to buy gift certificate for them for Christmas.

Figured I would stop by the gun shop again since I had a bad experience the first time. I was still being treated with the worst customer service person there. The guy spoke to me like I was taking up his time. No smile in return of my smile, just an angry look towards me. Very, very poor customer service! I will not return!

I am learning about guns. Went in to Shoot Straight and began asking novice questions. Ken C. waited on me and was patient, professional, and listened to my issues. He was extremely helpful and low pressure. As i was torn about what semi-​auto to buy, he suggested that i go on the web and do additional research before I buy. I will return to make the purchase.

I have been here two other times. I was looking to add a colt commander to my collection. This place only had one and it was overpriced. The salesman did not seem too interested in selling anything. I decided to use the range. It was fast and the staff was helpful. Great place to shoot just don’t shop there.

After going to Fowler Gun range being given the BS about the ammo thing. I decided to head over to Shoot Straight ask them if I would be allowed to shoot my brand new in box 9 mm ammo from Federal. The answer was «Yes» you may shoot your ammo here at Shoot Straight. At the price of ammo these days Fowler should be ashamed of themselves having such a policy in place. If you are going to pick a gun range with knowledgeable folks look no further than Shoot Straight.

. There is a group of us who get together and go shooting at Shoot Straight in Fort Myers. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of us. The staff is friendly, knowledgable & willing to answer any questions you may have. I can’t say enough about them and always look forward to going there.

I have to say the range staff is great and they have good prices on firearms. That unfortunately is it. I have had some bad experiences with sales staff and when I did complain the manager told me how I was wrong and dismissed my complaint. With the amount of gun sales these days I guess Shoot Straight could careless about the customer. I have read several reviews on Google+ that describe a common practice of treating the customer like crap. So thanks for ignoring my complaint. I will take my business elsewhere.

A gun store with a multi-​lane indoor range. Accepts rifles up to .338 Lapua — clean, organized, safe, and professional. Bring your own guns or rent theirs, bring your own ammo, or buy their endless supply of decent quality range ammo. Shoot fast, shoot slow, shoot often. Safety is their top priority and they monitor the range constantly, which is a very, very good thing. Families and women are made welcome here, and there is no creepy banjo vibe to be found!
