Have had amazing food and service nearly every single time I’ve been to Rib City. Having just moved here, I have now eaten at this restaurant 5 times and I’m glad to say overall it’s very good in my opinion. The service is very friendly. They always stop by the table extra to just talk and get to know their customers a bit, which I really like.
The Ribs are really good, maybe just a tad overcooked sometimes, but usually fall off the bone delicious. This past time they were just a little bit tough. Baked beans on point, garlic bread taste good, and the rest is great too.
Rib City gives customers a clean, fun atmosphere to enjoy some amazing ribs while getting to know some of the locals. Would definitely recommend to people and will be taking my Mom and sister when they come!

After being seated we noticed trash and dirty silverware all over the floor. Food came out with hair in it and out waitresses was extremely dull, unfamiliar with bar selection and never checked in to see if we were happy with our meal, which we were not. Needless to say, it was awful.

WORST ribs ever. They’re tiny AND dry. Backed potato twice the size of my thumb. Green beans from a can. They claim to be «award winning» but can’t name the award. Myron Nixon would not be amused.

Volle Punktzahl… Waren hier zum Lunch, Lauren war sehr hilfsbereit, die Baby Back Ribs waren so zart, dass beim Anfassen des Knochens sich dieser vom Fleisch gelöst hat, zudem waren diese noch mit leckerer BBQ Soße bestrichen. Als Beilagen wählten wir die BBQ Beans und den Corn… Beides frisch, heiß und verdammt lecker… Für das Lunch Menü meiner Freundin zahlten wie 9 $, für die 3-​fache Portion (meine) ca. 19 $ — ein tolles Essen, wie man es selbst nicht besser hinbekommt für einen guten Preis mit netten Service! Absolut empfehlenswert!

I travel about five times a year from North Central Florida to Fort Myers. I make it a must eat at Rib City in Majestic Palms area of Fort Myers to enjoy the baby back ribs. Awesome is all I can say. Also, love the coleslaw and baked beans. The pulled pork gets my high praise too. I have always been greeted quickly and experience excellent service.

The chicken had good flavor and there were four sauces available to use at the table. My garlic bread was tasty but was a little on the soggy side and not crunchy toasted. The chicken was not hot when arrived but our server generously brought us out new hot fresh pieces to make up for it. The cole slaw is creamy and sweet as and my baked potato was perfect. I would go back. Our server Aimee was great and made us feel like she would do anything for her customers.

Food was awful. Everything looked like it was outta the can. If you’re going to call yourself Rib city and serve bbq sause, shouldn’t you have a signature bbq blend. It just wasn’t for us

Overall the meat was actually good. The size of the ribs was the problem. Very small, smallest I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Good sauces, nice ladies at the check-​out. Very small selection, no brisket? That’s weird coming from Texas but it’s a reality.

This place is NOT good … my moms chicken was raw … when we said something to the management she refused to fix it said nothing was wrong it was the BBQ sauce … NO it was still bleeding into the plate

Delicious ribs! Fall off the bone and melt in your mouth tender! Get the baby backs –you will never regret it. Onion ring appetizers were awesome. Wish they’d spend more time refining their side dishes like they did the ribs. Except for the slaw, the sides were average. But, I’d go back every week if we lived here.

Food was sucky, and they could have cared less… waitress as she walked by, «how’s everything?». We could have said there was an atomic bomb in the soup, and she would have not said a thing because she didn’t even look at us. Along comes the manager… same thing. Ask for crispy fries, get mush! Want ribs? Tough and thin as can be! Will never set foot back there again!

The BBQ was great especially the steak and the ribs as my mother said it was finger licking good she doesn’t eat ribs as much like she use to so she decided to try the BBQ ribs full rack and once she finished eating all of them she said these are delicious and finger licking good! Lol. My steak was cooked just right no pink thank god I found someone that knows how to leave out the pink in well done. The tea was delicious not too watery just right.

This is some straight up good BBQ. They have a deal too where you can order a slab of ribs togo after your dine-​in meal for cheap. Totally recommend this place.

Stopped at Rib City (or Rib Cit-​ay as we like to call it) after a day of shopping and no desire to go back to our beach house and cook. The reviews on Unilocal seemed favorable so we gave it a try.

The babybacks were small, but tender and the BBQ was delicious. I had a baked potato with mine.
Kids under 4 get a FREE chicken leg and fries. That alone would have this place on my regular rotation if I lived in town. I love the fact that they appreciate that she isn’t going to each that much so why charge me. Thank you, Rib Cit-​ay!
As if that weren’t enough, let me tell you about the wine. We had two generous glasses for… drumroll…$ 7.50. $ 7.50!!! That’s how much one glass of wine costs in Atlanta.
Service was great.
I definitely recommend.

Great ribs. Very very tender, very juicy. Portions were a little small but then we were sharing two 1.5 racks for 5 people. :)
Service was very quick, the ribs showed up a minute or two after we ordered them.
Highly recommended place.
