Horrible experience with Scott, the owner of this store! He was shockingly insulting to my husband and me when we asked if he took American Express. We were told that this was probably not the store for us. When we asked if he was trying to insult us he said yes!!! The owner is an elitist jerk who thinks no one uses Unilocal when making a decision where to shop. When we told him we were going to write a poor review he said he didn’t care. If you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT set foot in Pakratz. We highly recommend Posh Plum (Bonita Springs & Naples) who does take American Express with pleasure. Another favorite is Up For Grabs in Naples.

We consigned items there after a move to a smaller home, and would highly recommend shopping and consigning at Pakratz. Items are displayed nicely and the staff is knowledgeable and professional.

Sharon is the best! The shop has upscale items but when you consign, they price the items too high, in my opinion. Several of my items did not sell because the price was too high and when she reduced the price, time ran out (they only consign for 90 days). I have been to many upscale consignment shops and the prices at others are more reasonable. Some of Pakratz’s items are more than retail. That’s my only complaint.

Very nice consignment shop! The shop is small but has upscale items and many home accessories. You look high/​low and into nooks and crannies, as they have a lot of inventory — well displayed!
