Had an appointment as a returning patient. Doctor refused to see me when I was just under 10 minutes late. Front desk staff was stiff and unpleasant. Rescheduled me an entire month out. Unaccommodating and unprofessional.
Additionally, this office informed me after my last annual (2014) that they would call me 3 months out to schedule my annual for the following year and this never happened. There is no individualized care or personalization in this office.

Staff is rude. Every time I call they seem like they can’t wait to be off the phone with me (like I really want to go in the first place.) I’ve had to go about 3 times in the past 6 months and they get less and less helpful every time. I’m looking for a new place to go to today.

Friendly and helpful staff that takes time to «ask the right questions». Everything is clean and they all make sure to use antibacterial hand sanitizer every time they step in the door (including the doctors). Waiting room is big, visit rooms are good size — big enough to not feel claustrophobic, but small enough to not feel lost.
