I went there with a long list and the lady helped me find everything. All the essentials and a lot more. The prices are set for local people not a tourist spot. Can’t say enough about the whole experience, they are a real resource if you want to cook Asian food with the real ingredients, lots of items you can never find, galangal, shrimp paste, tamarind, rambutan, pork buns, I love this place.

I was visiting from Chicago and I wanted to cook some authentic Thai food for my grandparents. The woman working here was so sweet to us and helpful. Asian markets in Chicago aren’t known for their hospitality, but I felt really welcome here! I bought Chinese basil, freshly bagged and in the fridge. There is also Chinese broccoli, bean sprouts, and to my Cambodian boyfriends delight… a big box of prepared NAM! A yummy prepared meat sausage that I can’t find anywhere in Chicago. Come here if you need South East Asian ingredients. Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Laos… Little Saigon will have it. :)
