Avoid if you can! Walked in, as the A-​Frame sign outside says to do… I was then told by Kathleen that I would have to wait 30 minutes for her to eat her dinner. I said «ok, should I wait here or come back in 30?», she told me to come back in 30. I called after 20 to confirm my son’s haircut and she said give me another 15 minutes. When I walked back in after 35 minutes I was told she could not cut my son’s hair because there were 2 people in front of me. I then asked for the managers info and was told there wasn’t one, she was it.
I’m not entirely sure what Great Clips policies are (IF ANY), but they went out of their way to NOT cut my 7 year old’s hair. We will not return & will certainly not recommend.

For a quick nice haircut this is the place! They offer lee memorial employees a significant discount. Kathleen the acting manager is great! Never wait more than 10 minutes and am usually out in 20. They also have a check in app for cell phones that put you on wait list before you even get there. Have been going for last 8 years and have never been disappointed.
