Friendly people. Good prices. Good selections. Easy to get waited on. Helpful. Cheaper than the big corporate stores and a whole lot easier to find your way through the store. I’ve done business here many times

Exterior of the building with small parking lot make it seem smaller than it appears. Walk inside and it’s a decent size hardware store. Workers are always around to answer questions and help. Some things are significantly cheaper here, then at a «big box» store.
Always willing to go back, however, I always think of Jeff Foxworthy’s «you may be a redneck when…» schtick when I go in…

Horrible service when trying to fill propane: cashier didn’t know I needed a ticket to bring out. The guy who fills the propane is rude, not helpful, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not knowing I needed a ticket. Finally took the tanks and said to forget about it. After he told me to go have Mr. Gavin personally fill my tanks when I asked if they fill by the pound. I ended up going to the other Ace on metro and didn’t need the owner to personally fill my tanks by the pound.
