I had an eye exam and obtained a prescription from Frantz EyeCare and the prescription was not correct.
I took the prescription to Costco and when I picked up my glasses I could not see out of them. I returned to Frantz EyeCare and they would not agree to give me another exam.
I have four sets of reading glasses from past years that I can still use, but can not read with my new ones from Frantz EyeCare.
I will never do business at Frantz EyeCare, and I would not recommend them. They do not stand behind their work.

First, they over dilate my eyes. I called twice and they said it would be fine, I take off work, go for my surgery A WEEK later, and my eyes were still dilated, so they couldn’t do it. Three days later, off work again, still too dilated. A week later, the machine goes down while I’m on the table, then they dismiss me as a patient so they don’t have to compensate for their incompetency. While I was on the table, my father witnessed a patient come in complaining because they did the Wrong eye! No wonder he can play get his relatives to do his commercials.

What a great experience I had! The time and care that I received was by far the best of any eye doctor that I have ever been to. The doctor spent a great deal of time with me as well as went over all my options for the problems I was having. Dr jefferies I think did a great job in explaining what was going on with my eyes as well as making some great recommendations. All of the staff in Naples were great. I have a follow up apt. next Wednesday just to make shure everything is going good.

I have no problem with Dr. Frantz’s medical work but getting to see him for a follow-​up visit is impossible. After spending $ 5000 for cataract surgery done by him I wanted to make an appointment to see if I was developing «secondary cataracts». The receptionist said the next appointment was three months away so I took it but then I asked to be sure if I would see Dr. Frantz or not and she said it would be another doctor. Apparently Dr. Frantz is so busy that he is only willing to see people wanting to have cataract surgery, not those he has already done surgery on.

His bedside manner is great until you question him! He then sends certified letter to you saying you are no longer a patient, and sends you to one of his associates in a different practice! They tell you one thing and tell Dr Franz another. Of course to fix your eyes it’s going to be $ 5000.00 out of your pocket. In the mean time I still can’t see distance and guess what I was suppose to have distance lenses! Of course this is a long story and I am trying to shorten it! Bottom line NOT a good place to trust !
