I would love to give this place negative stars, but it’s not possible. Same complaints as others here. Had same spot biopsied twice, never saw the doctor. Only saw the doctor on the third visit. This place is all about the money. They would rather sell skin care products and services than actual doctoring. No longer a client. Be warned stay away

Went to have a mole looked at, doctor never came in the room, only assistants. I wanted to see the doctor thats why I made Doctor appointment. Assistant removed my mole, not very good customer service. Would never go again.

I had many of the same experiences as other patients. Overbooked doctor, poor parking, and the last straw was when they wanted me to come in to get benign biopsy results just so they could bill my insurance again. I am so much happier at another practice. The doctor seems nice enough. Just wish she would change her ways and how she does business.

Be warned about this practice. My husband had to have a cancerous spot removed. The appointment would not be made unless we forked over $ 250.00 prior to walking thru the door. So much for his health being a priority at this practice, it’s all about the money. We have insurance and very good insurance too. To make a long story short we are owed a refund and are having the hardest time getting that money back and they had the nerve to send us a bill even though we are owed money. We should have known better when you walk thru the door and see a 5 foot glamour shot of the doctor hawking skin care products.

Today was my first time seeing a dermatologist and Dr. Badia was great. The entire staff was kind, attentive and caring. I love serious customer service mixed with medical care! I had to have a biopsy and Jennifer and Brandy were amazing. No one pushed extra services on me or tried to sell me on anything. I will go back again and recommend everyone I know to this practice. Thank you!

Florida Skin Center is D-Best Derm’s office I been to. The whole staff is always courteous, warm and professional. I love that they do events for the community, such as Children’s Day, turkey giveaway(thanksgiving) and they are always supporting and volunteering towards a good cause. Their Fort Myers office is my prime location to go to, and it is always clean and the wait time is usually short. Shanah is one of my favorite providers, she is sooo gentle on my face… seriously she has the BEST hands ever! lol. I get to see Shirisha more than Dr. Badia due to my scheduling preference and she is always so professional and attentive. Best part of this office is the products that they carry, TNS Recovery Complex is a MUSTHAVE!!! Don’t believe me? Just check out the ladies that work there! They ALL have beautiful skin! I defiantly, recommend it to all my friends!

My story is almost exactly the same as the other review only I didn’t get to see Dr. Badia; instead I had to see the Physician’s Assistant, which is odd as I made a «doctor’s appointment». In any event, they suggested to freeze off a small growth at the base of my neck. I agreed but didn’t agreed to the biopsy since I had it biopsied previously and it was found to be harmless. Long story short — just like the other lady’s story. it’s still there after a couple treatments and the bill from the biopsy that they were NOT authorized to do, keeps getting sent to me. I’ve had multiple conversations with the billing department and they claim that is their procedure and I have no say in it. I’m going to back to Physicians Primary Care — it may be harder to get an appointment, but I’ve always been seen by a doctor and I’ve never had issues like these before. The doctors are more professional and care more for their patients and don’t make them come back repeatedly for the same issue.
