Needs better management. They are understaffed. I feel bad for the workers they are always shorthanded

This place used to be decent for coffee, but now I have a better chance of winning money on a lotto ticket than actually receiving the right order or waiting less than 15 minutes. I used to come every day, but there’s usually something wrong, whether it’s not having ice, a broken espresso shot machine, or lack flavors of coffee, all which have happened. I’m not sure what happened but management needs to bring back the consistency. The place seems understaffed. If I wanted to be surprised by my purchase, I would order a mystery gift deal off of amazon not come to Dunkin Donuts. PS I only order one or two coffees at a time… with a basic flavor, cream and sugar, nothing too complex. Save your time, even McDonald’s doesn’t mess up this basic order.

Friendly staff. It might have been the white in my hair, or the excess hills and valleys in my face, but at payment, I was quietly given a senior discount. Thank you. Pumpkin donuts aren’t bad, but the pumpkin macchiato is killer.

I went through the drive thru like I do once a week. Not for anything but at least 70% of the time(rough estimate) they get my order wrong. They forget items I order, I get the wrong sandwich sometimes, wrong size drink, etc. It’s very annoying and frustrating. Whenever I bring up that my order was wrong they do end up giving me my items. Honestly though, with how many times they have gotten my order wrong, you would think they would give something extra. Nothing huge but like 10% off of my next order, just something. As for the staff, some of them are nice, some of them have no personality, but they still do their jobs(when they’re not getting my order wrong). I’m giving this Dunkin a straight C. I hope it changes.
