The team at this CVS pharmacy is unstoppable. Edwin, the head Pharmacist, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
This pharmacy goes above and beyond for every pharmacy patient. Without a doubt the best CVS pharmacy in Fort Myers and possibly all of Southwest Florida.

Normally I am very happy with this particular CVS store. Unfortunately lately the wait time for prescriptions is ridiculously long. They need to hire extra help during season. The last two times I went in there was such a long line at the drive-​through that I went into the store, then the prescription that I was told would be ready in 30 minutes was not ready after 45 minutes necessitating an additional trip to the store. Then they were out of a medication that I use regularly. I’m hoping this is just a Snowbird/​tourist season problem.
Two days later and again the medication I need wasn’t available until the truck came in the next day. What is going on with CVS?

Must mention he spoke to Edwin, not only was he helpful, expressed honest understanding. Walked my husband thru all the steps, of how to resolve the fear of not having Meds that are Essential for his wellbeing. BUYER BEWARE: TEMPTED BY THE“SAVINGS OF, MEDS BY MAIL.” Not all that it’s CUT OUT TO BE. When TROUBLE ARISES” YOU will be SO GLAD. You had a Pharmacy Like this One In Your Corner. Who Employes People Like Edwin. Just WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE, the 24 HOUR SERVICE. A Dr. s call with a MED. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Has SAVED, High EMERGENCY ROOM BILLS, And Hours of SITTING AT THE E.R.
CVS IS VERY GOOD, WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE 24 HOUR LOCATIONS. That is what keeps, Other People With The Other (Competing) Pharmacy.

You have to be crazy to think this place knows anything about service. Most of the staff is composed of texting fools that know nothing about service and this goes all the way to the pharmacy staff. They could care less. You actually have to be on drugs or senile to believe the commercials.

I sometimes can’t decide on whether I want to go to CVS or Walgreens for my notion type items. Well, I have made up my mind-​CVS. They appear to have a much larger selection than Walgreens. I also have found that their brand make up remover wipes are just as effective or better than the more expensive Neutrogena wipes.
