Our household has 2 laptops and several other wireless devices and I am responsible for the operation of several other laptops my church. Accordingly, I have had multiple occasions to be in need of technical and repair assistance. For many years I have relied on Mike and his staff at Computer Medics. It has been a real comfort to deal with the same people over the years as they have had almost no turnover. They have assisted me by remote login, in-​store repairs, and advice over the phone. In ALL instances Computer Medics has been professional, patient, friendly, and absolutely competent in handling all of my needs. I trust them completely and they have always fixed the situation the first time. Of all of the professional and personal services I have encountered in 30 years in Lee County, none has been better than Computer Medics.
