Caring Medical Regenerative Medicine Clinics

Dr. Ross Hauser is great. Let me just start by saying that. His office is a prolotherapy office where my Mother has been getting work done on her right knee. She has had issues with it for awhile now. My Father did research on prolotherapy and decided to make her an appointment. After meeting Dr. Hauser, my Mom decided to start prolotherapy sessions with him.
Today was her fourth appointment but my first time coming with her and my family to the office. I met Dr. Hauser, his wife, the receptionist, and my Mom’s nurse, Tammy.
I cannot begin to explain how welcoming each and everyone of them were. I felt immediately comfortable as I walked through the doors. They were smiling, laughing, answering any and every question we had, and willing to help with anything we needed. As a person who cares about her family member, I could tell that they truly cared about my Mom, if not equally to how much I care about her. They are not just there to make money as many medical offices may seem. This medical office really does care about their patient’s and their patient’s families. It was so refreshing to witness and to be a part of.
Dr. Hauser is a stitch. He made us laugh, helped my Mom feel at ease, and was very open minded to our beliefs. He even stayed in the room, talking to us about life, in general. He showed compassion and was very empathetic to my Mother’s needs.
As for the prolotherapy treatments, my Mom has noticed a positive difference. This was her fourth appointment out of six appointments for her knee. I will be updating my review for Caring Medical about a month after my Mom’s final appointment. The update will be on the treatments and the final outcome.
