I am sad I had to select any star at all. Signed up for a class, they would let us know the time once they had closed sign-ups and had everyone’s skills/age. The week before lessons, started, I reached out on a Wednesday to ask what time. They replied they would get back with me the next day. Never heard from them, so I sent another email. Finally, on Friday, the last business day before it was to start, we got an email that they were cancelling due to their inability to find an instructor. This was their second session to cancel. I can’t get them to respond to me about a refund.

I can’t say enough about AquaMobile! The staff, the professionalism and their booking platform is top notch. I was referred by a friend that tried them in the past and after hesitate a few weeks, I finally decided to join their swimming lessons and thank God I did. Nervous and agitated of course, I booked an early morning appointment to get rid of it right away first thing on my day off. I can’t believe how patience my instructor was, but she made sure to made me as comfortable as I could and distress before we began. It was really a humane experience. I recommend this team and I was sad when I had to leave town and moved across the country but I was happy to find out that AquaMobile was available also in my new city. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. After paying $ 725 for swim lessons, I had to call SIX times to try to get them scheduled. Every time I called I was given the same answer, «We haven’t been able to confirm your instructor yet. We will call you back by the end of the day to confirm.» No one EVER called me back. I didn’t even get a call back after I was transferred to a managers VM to try to get a refund(no one return my call) and then called and waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a manager(and was told someone would call me right back). On the sixth call I was finally given an apology for them being so terrible about communication. They did refund my money… but I still have not received a return phone call.

I am updating my review since after I posted the original one the manager did contact me and did issue the full refund and a free lesson(for if they ever do find a instructor). It is nice of them to do this, however I do not like that I was ignored and told it was against the policy to issue the refund and there is nothing they can do about it, but then as soon as I showed them my review on Unilocal they were able to change the policy.

My 5 years old daughter started class couple weeks ago with Natalie. Can’t believe how much she has learned in such a short time… Natalie is GREAT! She does an awesome job with my child, awesome swim instructor. I am so happy to have found Aqua Mobile Swim School and recommend them to everyone with children. :)
