I just got back into sewing and the lovely staff are full of advice and encouragement. I love their selection of fabrics and threads… I’m a thread fiend. And I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future to start on my first quilt. I have a grand baby coming that I want to make something unique and special for. I know the lovely ladies at Roxy’s will be a tremendous help.

I stopped in after another quilt store owner in Stockton recommended I stop in. Roxy’s has a nice inventory, not huge, but most of the prices were pretty good. Many of the fabrics were $ 8.99 a yard, but one fabric I was interested in was $ 15 a yard, which was way to pricey for me. Friendly ladies, helpful. They also have long-arm quilting services. The lady in charge of quilting gave me a special price if I got my quilts in by a certain day, which was nice, since I have 4 quilts ready to go! The location is a sad little outlet mall, but the upside is there is plenty of parking!!!

This is a nicely stocked store. They have a good selection of fabric, interfacing, lining, patterns, notions, etc… The staff is nice, and best of all, they leave you alone to browse. This place has two big things going against it, the location and the prices. For an «outlet» store, Roxy’s is pricey. Too pricey. $ 17 a yard for some batik? Yipes! The location, an outlet mall that has been slowly dying for years, doesn’t help. I want to support them especially since they are a small business, but I’m not sure it will be practical.

New quilt shop and looking good! Beautiful fabrics and great owner and staff. Roxys is a great addition to Tracy’s retail community. A must for quilters and those interested in learning to make quilts.
