Alternatively, you can place your order online or over the phone for pickup, choosing from a monthly menu of dishes. Several options exist: halved portions for smaller families, side dishes and desserts.
Each monthly menu contains some items that are lighter in calories and fat, as well as a special extreme fitness menu. I think the prices are very reasonable, especially since you don’t have to commit to the time to prepare, shop or clean up. The meals I chose were tasty, fresh and easy to prepare (basically heat up) at home.
