Their ribs are unbelievable. Tender and the BBQ sauce is on point. Service has always been good.

We had a reservation and they stuck us near a kiddie birthday party. Not the way to treat a customer who took the time to make a reservation. We could not hear ourselves talk. The parents stayed at far end of the long table and let the kids go wild, Miserable evening at Montgomery INN on 11÷20÷15.

Went here for another work lunch and walked away impressed. We started with the Pulled Pork Barbecue Nachos. They are made with the Saratoga chips which are so delicious. I really don’t have to tell you, but pulled pork sitting on top of delicious chips is amazing. Our server recommended them and she couldn’t have been more correct.
I’ve never been here before as I’m new to the area, so I figured the best choice would be to get the Smoke House Trio, which I figured would be a good taste of everything with a side of mac n’ cheese. First off the smoked chicken and pulled pork here are delicious. If I could do it again though I would have just gotten the beef brisket sandwich. It was light years ahead of everything else I had. It was so good and a couple of other people at our table who go the trio said they should have just gotten the brisket. Please don’t take that as me saying the rest was not good. It was. I just wanted more brisket.
I thought the mac n’ cheese was just okay or maybe it was just that the rest was so good it just wasn’t that memorable. I will be going back to the Montgomery Inn for sure. Great place to get some food.

Descent country stylr restaurant. This place reminds me of Longhorns and Outback if they had Baby smothered in BBQ sauce. They promote their ribs and rotisserie cuz their damn proud of it.
I ordered bbq wingz which was very good. They said want to heavy and the wings cooked well.
A greek salad typed with blackened salmon for dinnner just hit the spot.

If you love ribs, this is a Cincinnati staple that must be visited. Montgomery Inn is known for their tender, fall off the bone ribs, topped with their sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. I always get the ribs here because they are always good. And this time they had all-​you-​can-​eat ribs and I just can’t say no to that kind of challenge.
Along with my ribs I got saratoga chips which are their made from scratch thick potato chips. They are crispy and go awesome with their BBQ sauce. On of my favorite things besides the ribs are their onion straws which we got for appetizer. They are so thin and crispy and just wonderful. They also taste amazing dipped in the BBQ sauce. Are you seeing a trend here?
If you’re visiting Cincinnati, this is the place to go to get your ribs fix.

Had fried green beans for appetizer, ribs with saratago chips and crab cake for entrée, and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was fantastic! Our waitress was very friendly and knew the menu like the back of her hand. If you’re in the mood for a big, tasty meal this is the place to go.

My rule when traveling, like many others… never travel and eat some place that you can eat at home. So, if you’re traveling to Cincy, try one of the local Montgomery Inns. The ribs are fantastic and the chicken is good. And they have really potent Long Island Iced Teas. Really…

The ¼ chicken with the Saratoga chips with the Montgomery Inn original bbq sauce is awesome! Naturally sit at the bar if Molly is working… She is the best!

If not the, some of the best ribs I’ve ever had in my life! Food was spectacular! Great atmosphere, and staff! A must try for anyone who loves ribs!

First off I came for the ribs after reading the reviews about them. As I walked in the foyer area smells of nursing home air, I can’t even tell you how bad and stale the air is. Entering the actual dining area it improves but seeing the clientele the foyer made sense. We were by far the youngest couple there minus some kids with grandparents.
Now for the meal, our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable, he brought us fresh bread that was delicious. I ordered the recommended all you can eat ribs, tip don’t do this normal portion is enough for even the largest man. I chose slaw as the side. Lisa got the fried shrimp and ribs. The slaw for me was very overpowering with way too much ginger in the recipe it was like it was biting back. Lisa didn’t enjoy the hoisen sauce as it as well was overpowering with too much ginger.
Now for the main event the ribs OMG I’M GOING TO TELL YOU NOW GO GET THEM RIGHT NOW. I won’t go anywhere else for ribs moving forward.
We had the caramel volcano dessert the cake was a bought in cake that tasted of freezer burn and the plate was 80% whip cream. Seriously every dessert we saw was nothing but whip cream. Save your money on dessert.

The most profound aspect of Montgomery in was the amazing service I received. each server was attentive to my needs, even though they were not at my table. The busters deserve medals, as I see them running around constantly, but more importantly I’d like to say that the food was amazing. The title of ribs king is rightfully given, as the ribs were phenomenal. The atmosphere was nice and the prices reasonable, I’d suggest this restaurant for anyone traveling on I-​75 and are hungry for good food.

I recommend pork BBQ. they have good lunch special too. I think this is good for busines s traveler. I believe they can enjoy american dishes!

You know when you go to a hyped up restaurant & it often fails to live up to the hype? This is one of those places that actually delivers. Food: delicious. Service: on point. My belly: full and happy.
My favorite BBQ in general is brisket, but I’d never tried it here. I decided to stick with the pulled pork, knowing I would like that, & my husband ordered the slider trio of pork, chicken & brisket & promptly gave me the brisket (because he’s great like that!!) It was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had: extremely tender, flavorful & smoky. We didn’t get sauce put on it, though it is lightly marinated in their sweet sauce & that was perfect. My actual dinner, pork & potato, were also fantastic. Service was attentive & quick throughout the meal. I want more brisket! My husband also enjoyed his meal thoroughly.

Booked a early reservation for Valentines Day here! Very pleased with everything. Highly recommend open table before coming. Many people waiting. We were seated right away and immediately had a server. Ordered the pick 2 combo. Half ribs and shrimp. Loved it. I don’t recommend the sauce that came with the fried shrimp though. It was super spicy and mixed with jelly? Awkward taste. Service was excellent, felt a little rushed, but it was Vday and they had a line. Totally get it. Will certainly return!

Overall a nice dining experience. Service is always good. The bar prepares drinks quickly. Food is usually consistent. A few times I’ve been disappointed with the ribs, but I always have loved the ½ chicken, and shrimp. The plum sauce mixed with Chinese mustard is da bomb! I always ask for extra hot mustard bc I love it. Wedge salad is really good. It’s always really cold and the bleu cheese dressing is pretty decadent. Usually eat here twice a month and always leave satisfied.

My boyfriend was in town visiting so I made sure to bring him to Montgomery inn to show him what I was talking about. The sauce at Montgomery inn speaks for itself and helps to make everything taste better! The ribs are amazing, you can’t go wrong but if your looking to change things up I recently had the crab cakes which are awesome or the duck. The duck was so crunchy and delicious, the crab cake was exactly that CRAB! No fouling around with extra fillers and stuff just a lot of CRAB!

Famous for their BBQ, so that’s what I got. A sandwich and chips. The sandwich was very good… very filling. The chips were a little salty for me… and I love salt. Since they are handmade, maybe they sprinkled too much this time around. No big deal.
I enjoyed sitting out on their patio for lunch. They have flowers and greenery. It gives you a break from 10 hours behind a computer.

I heard wonderful things about this restaurant from local residents, so when my cousin said she would pick me up at my hotel in Florence for dinner at the Montgomery Inn, I was in high anticipation all day!
We were immediately seated upon arrival and offered beverages. The specials were also brought to our attention.
I ordered the Ribs /​Crab Cake Combo with a side of Chopped Brussels Sprouts cooked with Bacon and Onion.
I immediately devoured the Crab Cake and Brussels Sprouts. I took longer to polish off the meaty Ribs. I forgot to mention that we were provided bibs to protect our clothing, which was a nice touch. I are everything on my plate!
No room for dessert. :-)
Will be back the next time I am in the area!
