Sutton Road Pediatrics

Never had the first issue or actually any of the issues previous reviews claimed. My daughter has been going here for over a year and they’ve been wonderful to her.
Our last pediatrician merged into Rock Hill Pediatrics and moved to the cmc mega office off of celanese and it was horrible. Just a number and no personal attention. I waited two hours for a flu shot there for her.
Sutton Road Pediatrics is the personal touch we are looking for for our medical care. The staff is super friendly and knows who we are when we call in right away and when we walk in the door. They are very attentive and my daughter loves her Doctor. What more could you ask for?

Don’t waste your time…
It’s been one headache after another dealing with this practice.
They don’t answer calls!
The don’t return messages!
They reschedule appts as they wish!
Advise varies from day-​to-​day!
I should have read the reviews her first!

New to area, and set up a physical for my son through Sutton Rd website. Got a call the next day saying they are canceling my appointment and will not reschedule until they have medical records from former pediatrician.
Was not even given the chance to get medical records transferred, before they cancelled. You would think this new practice would be happy to have new patients and give extra care in helping get records transferred.
Will be transferring my children’s records to a pediatrician who cares about their patients and their customer service practices.

Unethical and unacceptable practices. They refused to see my son because they are adamant about us being permanent patients. I was planning on being with this practice long term since I just moved here and seemed like a good bet. But I couldn’t even see if this dr. Would be a good decision for my son because for no legitimate reason they denied us for the second time. Don’t I have to establish a relationship with the dr. Don’t I have to make sure she’s good for him? Of course I wanted to try to stabilize my son there but I have to actually meet the dr. If I think she’s not adequate for him then obviously I would have to look elsewhere. If I think she’s brilliant then of course I would stay. I had no choice but to report this practice to the LLR.
