Piedmont Family Practice at Tega Cay

After seeing that this practice got few stars I was hesitant to try it out but went ahead anyway since it was super close to home. I saw Dr. Zacour and my experience was nothing short of fabulous. He was so kind and really took the time to listen to exactly what I was saying. He was very understanding and non judgemental. I felt an instant trust that he knew what he was talking about and actually genuinely wanted to help me. His diagnosis and prescriptions were spot on and after years of dealing with a doctor who only wanted to rush me out the door and throw whatever the newest drug available at me regardless of my request for alternatives… I can say that I was so happy and relieved to finally be able to get the help I need. I will not only be back to see him as my regular physician, but also will be switching my entire family to his care.

I saw the FNP and she was good. I have Cerebral Palsy and have Medicare insurance. I am 39 and got asked these stupid old people questions which was probably necessary in retrospect. The FNP was very thorough with me and explained everything.

Amy Boone is excellent with my child, and I love that she’s so thorough and knowledgeable. My son is a handful and sometimes it gets to her… but this time when we went, her «bedside manner,» (I guess that’s what it’s called) has greatly improved, and that is so important when it comes to my little mini me. As for me I saw her once and was satisfied. I have officially made her me and my sons PCP. Superb nurse practitioner who deserves a far higher title. Only complaint would be the hospital affiliation. I won’t ever step foot into Piedmont hospital if need be. Will probably end up going back to Brooklyn if necessary.

A big old pile of «NOPE»! When a doctor suggests to my teenaged daughter, suffering from severe depression, that the cure for ALL her problems is Weight Watchers, it’s time to move on. One and DONE for this practice!
