I have trained with Jeremy several times over the years. He is a great teacher and lets you do your thing, then when you mess up he corrects you. His breaking down of technique is awesome and can be found on youtube, he has a channel. Good stuff.
The atmosphere in the school is excellent, the guys are great. I have been there during my lunch break and he let me set up my laptop on his wife in case something came up at work. Great male and female locker room and shower facilities. In fact, he has one of the nicer and ultra clean facilities in the area.

Great Grappling is a wonderful place to train. Jeremy is an amazing teacher and all the students there are very helpful and are dedicated to improving your game. There are no hot heads and everyone is interested in bettering their game and building training partners. There is a focus on making sure no one gets injured and the higher belts will all work with you to learn and work on your game instead of just displaying their superiority.
Highly recommended for adults and kids, the kid program is pretty amazing.

Jeremy Arel’s attention to detail and teaching skills are second to none. He makes sure no one is left behind and explains things in a way its impossible for anyone to not learn them. The Staff and people who attend GGBJJ are some of the coolest people on the face of the earth, aside from being super helpful are incredibly nice and caring.
Jeremy is a top notch instructor with the credentials and skills to back it up. Legit black belt is all i can say.
Would recommend to anyone who is a expert or to anyone that is a beginner. One thing that separates Jeremy and his school is the fact that is FUN to attend and learn and that is something that makes Great Grappling PRICELESS .
