SEXIST! My wife brought our SUV here and they tried to up-​sell her on a bunch of unnecessary services (you don’t need an alignment for a simple wheel bearing replacement for instance). The work that we eventually agreed on was overpriced, they wanted more than the dealership. When I called back and spoke with the good-ol’-boy owner he was EXTREMELY rude about my wife and women in general. He told my wife to find another garage as though we would ever consider going back. I know mistakes happen at all business’ and I’m not one for writing a review every time something doesn’t go my way but the problems at this place are systemic and no one else in the community should have to be overcharged or insulted by this misogynistic business.

BEWARE! I went here because it was new and looked clean and fresh. Well was I mistaken! They nickel and dime you for everything then try to sell you unnecessary services. They are also overpriced. Luckily, I was wise enough to say no thanks, just fix the issue I told you about. I won’t even get into that in detail! That’s not the worst of it. They actually damaged my car! The owner put my daughters extra car seat in the back of my car and closed the hatch (it’s an SUV) on the metal part of the LATCH system which pushed the metal buckle into my bumper causing a dent. I emailed him immediately with pictures (they were closed). We spoke the next day and he was unbelievably rude! He basically called me a liar and told me he didn’t do it. That he was certain. I know for a fact he did because it was only the second time that seat has ever been put in that car and I know for certain I didn’t close it like that. (plus the anchors were all tethered together when I put it in, against the seat). He kept mentioning all that he had noticed in the back of my truck (like the dog hair-​for the record yes there is some because I have a dog that I bring places!) but apparently he didn’t notice a dent in my bumper (of course not, it wasn’t there!!!). He was very rude and insulting for that matter. I asked him for his insurance information at the least so that we could let them decide, he wouldn’t provide it. DONT GO HERE!!!

Good people here. I brought my car in because I THOUGHT I needed brakes and a tune up. After performing a complimentary THOROUGH check of my vehicle it was determined NOTHING WAS WRONG and I wasn’t charged a dime and handed my keys back with a smile! They even made sure my tire pressure was correct on all four tires. THIS is where I’ll be getting my vehicles serviced and repaired. The facility is state of the art and when you walk in the office you’ll think your in a Doctors office! Mike and the staff are really good people! GO SEE THEM for your car care needs!
