Much like Shannon C., I am surprised by some of the negative reviews. My experience with Brothers has been great. I have been coming here for maintenance work on my vehicles for several years and have always been pleased with the service, pricing, and professionalism. I will definitely keep coming back.

Ugggghhh so much for me getting a Groupon for oil change. I should have known better. The minute he said let’s go over Groupon policy bc he has had to deal with several upset people! I should have turned around and left bc I turned into that Groupon person the min. he said $ 60 or he could put the old oil back in my car! He wouldn’t just take Groupon amount off the total. He told me to contact Groupon to get refund. The comment about putting old oil back in my car was not necessary and rude. I will not be returning to this business.

I purchased a Groupon a few weeks ago to have my oil changed here. I decided to go one day after work around 2:30. When I walked in, it took a good 5 minutes for someone to finally come up and ask me if I needed any help. I said that I needed my oil changed and the gentleman immediately said «Ohhhh did you have an appointment? We have no time for that now!» I told him no. I let him know I could do some grocery shopping next door to kill some time. He hesitated, but agreed. The oil change took about 45 minutes. When it came time to check out, I handed him my Groupon. He informed me it was going to cost an extra $ 6 on top of my Groupon. When I asked why, he gave a very vague answer.
When I woke up the next morning, I was greeted by a GIANT puddle of oil in my drive way! My boyfriend had to jack my car up and try and figure out what was wrong. He said all of the fittings were very loose. It was a mess. We ended up having to add more oil. I will never be coming here again.

I can’t imagine you could pay more! Make sure you know that they will charge you 100 $ just to give you an estimate! I can’t speak for their service because I ran out after a $ 2800 estimate. I eventually got the car fixed for under $ 500. Much of the work that was estimated was completely unnecessary! Run from this place!

I’m struggling to understand why this place has some bad reviews. They were wonderfully nice to me, got good prices and their labor costs were absolutely fair and likable. I’m not even rich nor poor, just so… average. I know my stuff and was able to discuss what I need and what they were recommending. My third visit here and I defy will return. Ask for Billy. :)

I bought a coupon and went for oil change for my friend car and they treated so nicely. We had appointment .Oil change took 45 mins but except that we don’t see any issue. We are not forced to do any service jobs… I will go for my car next time as well…

I went in last fall for an oil change and tire rotation and told them to put 35 PSI in the tires, which they said they did. A week later I am getting a low tire pressure light on my dash so I check and all my tires was low. How dare hard is it to put air in the tires.
My second encounter came this week after I bought an Amazon deal for 3 oil changes. I went in yesterday to redeem it and she asked if I had an appointment. I ask an appointment for a friggin oil change? There are a dozen places around where I can get one in 5 minutes. She was very rude and told me to call where I got the deal and they would refund my money.
This is the worst service I have ever had anywhere. STAY AWAY from this place. Their SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They don’t deserve to stay in business. I will never be back.
Right buddy. I had a slow leak on ALL 4 tires at the same time. ALL 4 tires were low and I never had a problem since. I didn’t curse at her. I just her I must have wasted my money on that coupon. And NO I didn’t demand it in an instant, but since I was there at 8am in the morning, I didn’t expect to have to come back the next day. She said I would HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I found her to be very RUDE and unprofessional. HEY, if you don’t want to do oil changes, then WHY sell coupons on Amazon Local?
Look at the reviews. ALL of them are giving you lousy reviews. You don’t have a clue to what customer service is. Don’t worry, I won’t be back and I will help spread the word on you too
I am looking right here on Unilocal. 3 out of 3 lousy ratings. Looks like 100% THUMBS down to me. If you would provide some decent service, maybe you would have better reviews here.

These people are obviously hard up for business and money. They are only nice to you when you are there to spend money. I paid for continued service on my car and every time I take it in to be service they find a new thing that is wrong. When I declined the service the mechanic told me «I’ll watch out for you on the road»… Extremely unprofessional. If I wanted this result I would have taken it to the dealership.
I will never give them another dollar.

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. These folks are very unethical. They offered a coupon through a Boy Scouts Fund raiser to get an oil change for $ 19.95. When they charged my card for the oil change they charged me an additional $ 3 shop fee. That would be like a restaurant having a fee to clean your dishes. When I questioned them about it, the manager Theresa replied, «It like sales tax, you should always know there is a shop fee». Needless to say, she would not refund the $ 3. If they can sleep well at night over deceiving their customers for $ 3, think about how well they sleep when they take advantage of a customer over a much more expensive repair. They are obviously in desperate need of money. It is sort of ironic that I received this coupon through the boy scouts — don’t you think?
