All About You Cleaning

I agree with the previous poster. I bought 3 hours of cleaning only to find out it’s man hours? Meaning 2 people came and only worked an hour and a half??? This was not disclosed up front. I doubt I would have bought the voucher. I even paid for another hour – for a total of 4 hours. The owner assured me that the whole house could be cleaned for this but it was far from it. Nothing was dusted or vacuumed. Floors were done but not in the corners. Still had dustbunnies there. Cleaners were courteous and nice. I’m not happy about the ‘man hour’ thing.

I pretty much agree with H W. post from 1÷25÷2012. I am extremely disappointed at how poor this service was. I too purchased a Groupon for a 2 hour cleaning session and when I was leaving my house about 45 mins in, I was told they were just about done and would be leaving soon. I was NEVER informed by them or by any phone conversation that a 2 hour clean really only meant 1 hour. This was never disclosed prior to their arrival nor was it noted in the Groupon ad. Nothing was vacuumed. The sink were left dirty. The windows didn’t get touched. The floor trim didn’t get cleaned and they only stayed downstairs! Upstairs wasn’t even touched. I have never had such terrible service and such a rip-​off. I called to complain and ask, and did not even get a call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
