They have a culture of not answering the phone? I guess they dont need the business!

Frozen yogurt is decent – but every time I’ve gone there are always at least a few flavors not working. I’ve also had experiences where they say they can’t take credit cards but once I say I don’t have cash – all of a sudden they take credit cards. Overall not very impressed.

First time here, my kids were excited Bc the iPad they have here. Each of us had frozen yogurt. The yogurt taste so so, their customer service needs to improve for sure they seem like dislike their job. Prefer tutti frozen yogurt in Garden state mall their pomegranate is must try! or red mango is pretty good too at Edgewater NJ. their staffs are much friendly. Will not come back to this place again.

I’m not a froyo fanatic, but YoDelight has satisfied my need for something sweet on a couple of occasions. Their dairy free option is mango flavored and it’s delicious. I just wish they had more fresh fruit options, most of the time they only have pineapple and strawberry. Womp womp. I haven’t tried their crepes yet, but I have had their«New York» pretzel, which I would not recommend. It’s obviously not a popular menu item considering one employee had to ask another if they had it and how to make it. After waiting about 5 minutes, the pretzel came out rubbery and wet. Steer clear of it and stick to the sweet stuff. The atmosphere is very nice, fun and upbeat. They have little tablets attached to the tables that you can mess around with while you’re enjoying your froyo. Overall, not a bad spot if you’re craving some yummy, self-serve frozen yogurt. Next time I go I’ll try something new like a crêpe or a bubble tea. Will update!

Its at a convenient strip mall if you wanted froyo while grocery shopping or getting your prescription filled at CVS but its not the first place i would go to for froyo. While they have variety of froyo flavors I’m scared to try the other flavors other than the California tart aka original froyo flavor. It just doesn’t seem as appealing both in picture and out in the cup. They do have a variety for toppings compared to other frozen yogurt places. Every time i go there they only have like 3 or 4 out of the 8 – 10 iPads working. It is always locked or broken or both. The service eh what can you really expect from a self service frozen yogurt place. Just a couple of high school girls filling in time to make some allowance money. If you need to kill some time while waiting for someone and starbucks is too crowded i would stop by here since they always have an open spot.

Good place for Fro-yo, bad place for service. I swear these girls could care less that work here. All they do is play on their phones and get annoyed when you ask a question. I am surprised it has lasted.

Well I don’t know why you’d come to a Froyo place and get other desserts/drinks and expect to be wowed. And now I’ll talk about the non froyo I got. After a perfect 9:30pm meal at Mitsuwa, my friends and I came here because all of the shops closed, and because we needed something sweet. The place is REALLY clean and quite modern with an iPad at every table for you to do fun stuff on as you satisfy your craving for sugar, calories and carbs. Being an unfortunate lactose intolerant feller, I opted for the«tropical blast» flavor, which is a combo of their mango and watermelon sorbets and it was good. It was a bit odd, but I suppose it’s because the watermelon flavor tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher, and not like an actual watermelon(go figure.) They have the usual abundance of toppings, but what really aced it for me were the broken pieces of, fanfare, strawberry pop tarts. Yeah. You read that right. If there is a more sure fire way of making me stroll down memory lane and remember how easy life was a child, that was it. The price was standard for a froyo place so you won’t get any surprises there. I suppose I only gave it four stars because the watermelon flavor was just so artificial(well duh.) I don’t know when I’ll ever be in the area again, but I’d return!

I always come here for a crêpe. I expect a delicious crêpe. Instead they keep changing their recipe and making it more and more disgusting. The very first one was good. Second one was just ok. Third is where they changed it to wheat and that was beyond gross. Forth was back to regular flour but was super dry. They need to fix their recipe and perfect so much better. Also, the staff doesn’t know how to cook a crêpe. Crepes aren’t suppose to look like raw eggs. It’s suppose to be golden brown. Like a nice caramelized brown. So, if you decide to try a crêpe here, make sure you ask for it golden brown. Don’t get their bubble tea. It’s pretty gross. I tried to have a black milk tea and the owner cooked the milk with the black tea. Turning the milk into curds. It was gross and everything tasted gross. The bubbles weren’t even cooked right. The yogurt is always good. They don’t have all the toppings like most places but a good amount. Once they perfect the crepes and know what they’re doing, then I will change my review. As for now it stays as 2 stars.

Froyos pretty good and they have a lot of toppings. Don’t get the bubble tea though. Bubbles stuck together and the liquid started to separate.

One of the many self serve frozen yogurt places that have been popping up everywhere since after 2010. Pretty much knew exactly what to expect. Serve yourself, get it weighed and pay per ounce. Similar flavors and toppings to any of the other froyo places in Bergen County. They do have iPads you can use, which is pretty cool. Not much else that sticks out though. I still think ice cream is better than frozen yogurt.
