Hair cutting is international. A few hand gestures says everything any decent barber needs to know about a basic man’s or boy’s clip. This place is operated by two older Korean gents who don’t speak a lick of English — but who took good care of my two boys right quick — with modern doo’s. They are open on Sundays and at $ 20 apiece with tip, well worth it. WIGB — definitely — especially on a Sunday when I can brunch in a neighborhood just silly with every manner of asian eatery.

I usually cut my hair at a Korean salon in the city and this was my first ever Korean barber shop experience. Not bad but the ajusshis(mid-aged Korean men) are either mad creepy or just not too talkative like the ‘stylists’ that I’m used to at Korean Hair Salons. I needed to get a short hair cut before I enter training and came here by recommendation. They do a decent job but the overall atmosphere of this place is just dull and so quiet. Men’s haircut is $ 15 but just hand them over a $ 20 bill(so that tip gets included) and leave when you’re done. No frills but definitely not my type of place.
