Been using extra space storage in fort lee for over the past 3 years. I must say the customer service is way above par. Had the pleasure meeting the manager, Tim, who was very knowledgeable about the facility and direct with how the entire operation works with payments. Very simple and easy. Just from speaking too Tim you could tell he was college educated and he was very professional. Something I didn’t really expect but was happy about. Price is right here and place is secure and clean. Very happy with my choice in Fort Lee!

I have been with this facility since 2012 and cudos to them. The employees are exceptional they help you right away. Just a heads up they have an app that you can download for free and on that app u can do one time payment or auto payments and you can even put it a moving out date it’s so convenient and that’s how storage units should be. One last thin on the app if u ever for get you access number it will show and you can have your app set up to have you login automatically.

I’ve been renting storage on and off for 20 years and Extra Space Storage is BY FAR the best i’ve ever rented. Customer service is exceptional, the facilities are first rate (e.g. you need a code to ride the elevator, a note is made in the system every time your unit is accessed, climate controlled) and it’s much cheaper than renting in NYC. I live in upper manhattan and was appalled at the prices of storage units in the area. Extra Space Storage saved us hundreds of dollars!
