@ Matt… Man that’s horrible story… Had a similar situation not as horrific, at another Local shop!
That said, I’ve been to a ton of these shops in all my years serving and BAM… This place has it figured out! staff is incredibly helpful, they care and mostly they understand the needs of those serving… Sometimes we don’t have the most notice and have to react to changing conditions, the gal’s that helped me were on point and delivery was on time!
Nice work ladies, hope your boss see’s this!
