Personally, for me what makes a salon great is both the service and atmosphere. My favorite part about walking into this salon and the reason I’ve been going there for almost a year now is because the staff is amazing. They are courteous, helpful, and they really listen to what you want and do their best to get you the look that makes you feel your best. Besides all that, the staff honestly makes you feel like you are one of their most important clients. As for the service I must say its amazing. Perfectionist by nature, I’m a rather demanding client. However, every time I go to BlowOut my hair has looked absolutely fantastic. I have never had any complaints and I never will since everyone at BlowOut ensures that their work is absolutely the best. I could not imagine going anywhere else they have spoiled me with great looking hair!

I always love my color and cuts! James does an amazing job of making me always look fabulous! I always get tons of compliments on how great my hair looks. I finally gave in and had keratin treatment done on my hair, I was a little nervous since my hair is natural curly of the results but I have to say it was the best decision I made, love how my hair looks and feels. I love going there, the staff is always friendly and courteous. Im forever a repeat client!

I’ve heard about this place for a while and was excited to get my hair blown out. My appointment started off fine. I was taken on-time, the staff was friendly, etc. They washed my hair and that’s when it started to go downhill. The water was freezing, so I asked the girl to make it warmer. She changed the temp while rinsing out the shampoo, but totally ignored my request when the water was again freezing, to rinse out the conditioner. To make matters worse, she took very little care to make sure I wasn’t getting soaked. She was getting soap in my ears, and water was all over my face and then proceeded down my back… I was soaked, and she didn’t seem to notice. I am guessing she didn’t notice, cause as she was washing my hair, she was talking on her cell phone. To her credit, not the entire time, but she may as well have been. That is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. If I am in a salon, paying for a service, I expect that one of the house rules is no cell phones, unless it is an emergency. As a client, I don’t talk on my cell phone in a salon, cause it’s rude. Long story short, when my hair was«done,» it looked like a 70s blow out gone way wrong. I had to go home and fix my hair with a flat iron. Disappointing cause this could have been a good find, but I will not be going back.
