I have been a client of Carolyn’s for 6+ years and have followed her from locations across Broward County (I live in North Miami) and refuse to look for another doctor. They are always friendly and helpful and always there to give me advice on my health. I wouldn’t DREAM of leaving them!!! You ladies are the BEST!!! :)

This has been the least helpful doctors office I’ve ever visited. Roughly 6 months ago I moved to the area and was trying to find a new set of doctors. This place looked extremely convenient and close to me so I made an appointment. I should have known from the very first phone call… The receptionists or whatever they are, are unfriendly and cold. They will set you on hold without even speaking with you and always seem to have an attitude. I made an appointment anyway, bad idea. The first time I went in, I went to the desk and realized that the girl at the desk was the same one who answered the phone (same rude unfriendly voice). The wait wasn’t bad, and the nurse practitioner Carolyn was very nice. I went on my way. The next time I needed a visit, I decided to go to the same place. I ended up having some health complications and had to schedule follow minor surgery. The surgery was going to be painful, yet Carolyn told me to call a primary physician to get any pain medication or something to help with anxiety. I called my primary, and they told me no way, she would have to prescribe it. I called her back and she wouldn’t, I still don’t understand why. I went in that day, still greeted by a rude «nurse assistant» or w.e. she is… I had the surgery and yes it was painful. I received no follow up calls or anything based on the other testing they did, strange. I had to go in again last week, not wanting to go through the process of finding a new doctor, I reluctantly went here again. They did some testing, and I also asked about new birth control. They said they would call me back with answers, and again never called me with any results! I called today to speak with them and got nothing but an attitude… And was told I would need to make and appointment to come in and speak with Carolyn. That was it, my last straw, I can’t stand this place and the rude unhelpful people. This is by far the worst experience with a doctors office I have ever had in my life!
